Pyrmont's colourful history dates back to 1799, when it was purchased by John Macarthur for a gallon of rum. Since then, the suburb has transformed from a thriving industrial area to one of the most derelict parts of Sydney, to the trendy, diverse community it is now.

Here at gallon we make almost everything here and if we don't we select carefully so no over salting, no added preservatives just fresh fruit vegetables and meat so feel free to enjoy.

We have function spaces available for 10 to 150 people in any area of the venue. Our bigger spaces are the  Sunroom, Stables bar and courtyard areas.
