Jarina and Julian Leitl opened gallon in 2009 with a vision to offer up something unique in Pyrmont and Sydney in general. With a focus on traditional hospitality, you can enjoy us a a restaurant, as a bar, or as a function place. All in one, and all can be running on the same evening.
